About Acreon · Private beta
An AI research partner for NYC real estate
NYC's property records are public, but they are scattered across dozens of agency datasets: sales and deeds, zoning, permits, violations, assessments. Pulling them together for a single deal can take days. Acreon's goal is to turn that into a conversation. Ask a question in plain English and get a sourced answer, a map, and a table you can work with.
What it does today
- Research in plain English — sales comps, deed and ownership history, zoning and FAR, building permits, violations, and tax assessments.
- See it on a map — results land as mapped properties you can filter, style, and compare.
- Work with your own files — upload PDFs and spreadsheets and analyze them alongside public records.
- Show its work — every answer traces back to the record it came from.
- Share with your team — send maps and published analyses to colleagues and clients.
Where it's headed
- Wider and fresher NYC data coverage
- Client-ready reports you can publish and brand
- Deeper deal workflows: tracking, underwriting, and team workspaces
Acreon is early. We're building it alongside a small group of users, and their feedback shapes what comes next.
